How do I book?
By booking a Pilates session or purchasing a membership with The Lavender Room by FitCare Health, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Do you have a UK location?
FitcareHealth currently operates a physical centre only in Lagos, Nigeria.
In the UK we provide:
• Online consultations
• Product delivery
• Weight-management support
Can I collect my order in the UK?
No. We do not offer pickup services in the UK.
All UK orders are delivered.
How long does shipping take?
Nigeria: 1–3 working days
UK & International: 5–10 working days (depending on customs and courier)
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can occur due to couriers, customs, or high order volumes.
If this happens, please contact FitcareHealth for assistance.
Do you accept returns?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, FitcareHealth does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
When will you replace or refund an item?
A replacement or refund is only issued if:
• The wrong product was sent, or
• The internal product is damaged or faulty on arrival
Outer packaging damage alone does not qualify unless the product inside is affected.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
You must contact FitcareHealth within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the product
• A description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you refund for change of mind?
No. We do not refund or exchange for:
• Change of mind
• Opened products
• Used products
• Personal preference
All sales are final once delivered.
