By accessing or using the Fitcare Health website and purchasing our products or services you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or booking a consultation.

General Fitcare Health is a wellness brand operating in the UK and Nigeria. Our products and services are designed to support general health and wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Orders and Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Fitcare Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery UK and Nigeria orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. International orders may take up to 7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fitcare Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@fitcarehealth.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed within 14 working days.

Consultations and Services All consultation bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows may be charged in full. Fitcare Health reserves the right to decline any consultation or service where it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.

Peptide Therapy All peptide therapy services are available by consultation only following a full health assessment. By booking a peptide therapy consultation you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history and that you are not pregnant or breastfeeding. Fitcare Health is not a medical practice and does not prescribe medication.

Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, logos and branding belongs to Fitcare Health and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Fitcare Health is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
