Returns & Refunds Policy
At Fitcare Health, every product is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched with care. Due to the nature of our wellness, health, and personal-use products, we operate a strict returns policy to protect the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every item we ship worldwide.
Our General Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product once an order has been placed, processed, or dispatched. This policy applies to all items including weight management products, peptides, IV drip bookings, feminine health products, teas, drops, and all other Fitcare Health offerings.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Product arrives damaged or unusable: If your item arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or in a condition that makes it unsafe or impossible to use, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
- Product is undeliverable: If your order cannot be delivered due to a verified courier or logistics error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Peptides and consultation-led products
- IV drip bookings and in-studio services
- Pilates studio sessions and packages
- Feminine health and intimate-use products
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Items returned without prior written authorisation
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including shipping details, product selection, and quantities.
Shipping & Delivery
Fitcare Health ships worldwide. Once an order has left our facility, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. Delays, customs holds, or duties incurred at the destination country are outside of our control and are not eligible for refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are accurate at checkout.
How to Raise a Claim
To raise a claim under one of the eligible exceptions above, please email our client care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the following:
- Full name and order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims received outside this window or without supporting evidence cannot be processed. All claims are reviewed individually, and any approved resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — is issued at the sole discretion of Fitcare Health.
